The backpack is made from durable, water-resistant nylon to help protect your belongings in light rain and everyday conditions. Please note that while the main material resists water, moisture can enter through the mesh panels and openings, so it is not fully waterproof in heavy rain or full submersion.

The backpack features one main compartment with custom pockets along the back wall for easy organization, plus a top mesh zip pocket to keep smaller items secure. The spacious bottom area fits larger gear like boots, bottles, or helmets.

Yes, the backpack features adjustable padded shoulder straps for optimum comfort and ergonomic support. Additionally, a chest strap is included for secure and comfortable carrying while utilizing the haybag carrying feature and hauling heavier loads.

Orders are packed and shipped out within 1-3 business days and should reach you within 2-7 business days. Depending on location.

Products must be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Products must also be used in a reasonable manner, if products appear to be used in ways not meant for product or purposefully damaged, we will not accept returns. We are happy to work with you on your return, just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Caring for you backpack is easy to do.

For cleaning we use water with a brush to get hard to clean spots, the bags can be soaked for cleaning, but be sure to leave them open to dry after to allow all areas to fully dry.

Keep clips and zippers clear of debris to ensure longevity of the working functions of the bag.

For the hay bag carrying straps, use them to carry heavy bags to and from but do not store heavy items attached to the straps for extended amounts of time (days) as it can wear them down faster.

Keep sharp things away from the mesh and bag as it can catch and tear or cut the bag.
